From weddings, parties, corporate, kids punch parties, non-alcoholic events, coffee for the ladies, private house calls, sporting events, supper clubs, schools, church clubs, military, graduations, banquets, meetings, bachelor parties, tea parties....the possibilities are endless.
Want us in tuxedos? Like to have a separate Martini bar? Care for stemware? Anything we can do to make your event that much better just let us know.
Service Area...
Beach Bartenders serves all of northwest Florida and south Alabama.
No additional service charge will be applied for local service, which includes all of Gulf, Bay, and Walton Counties in Florida.
General Information...
We will set up rain or shine, at least one hour prior to your event and make last call at your designated time. If weather is good, bar can be set up in open air. Should it rain during the event, the bar will need to be moved under a covered area. A tent is acceptable.
Bartenders are required to ask for identification from anyone they believe is not twenty-one years of age. Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Customer provides...
- Sodas - regular, diet, and caffeine free
- Juices - orange, cranberry, pineapple, grapefruit, ruby red, tomato, etc.
- Mixers - tonic, club, vermouth, grenadine
- Beer - can, bottle, and keg are fine
- Wine - any
- Liquor - any
- Non-Alcoholic - tea, water, punch, lemonade
We provide...
- Professional and polite mixologists guaranteeing that you have the best party and complete customer satisfaction for your guests. Dependability and cleanliness are guaranteed.
- General liability policy with property damage.
- We also provide 8' bar table, 6' bar back table, white linens for each, bar server, shaker, relish tray, corkscrew, knife, can opener, strainer, shot glass, pourer, cutting board, hand towels, glass tip jar, napkin holder, cooler, keg tap, 9 oz. cups (wine), 12 oz. cups (soda, mixed drinks), 16 oz. cups (beer), drink stirrers/straws, cocktail napkins, salt/sugar, toothpicks, lemons, limes, oranges, cherries, bar decorations, ice (200 lbs.)
Pricing...- Less than 50 people, 1 bartender: $300.00 + gratuity
- More than 50 people, 2 bartenders: $350.00 + gratuity
- More than 100 people, 2 bartenders: $450.00 + gratuity
- More than 200 people, 3 bartenders: $550.00 + gratuity
- More than 300 people, 3 bartenders: $750.00 + gratuity
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon reservation to reserve the night of your party. 50% + gratuity is due at the end of the party.
